What am I covered for?
By adding refund protection to your tickets when booking, you will be able to apply for a full refund in the event that you or a member of your party is unable to attend one of our performances.
You will be covered for:

• Physical and mental Illness
• Death
• Adverse weather conditions
• Burglary
• Fire
• Flooding
• Private vehicle failure
• Public transport failure
• Military call up overseas
• Jury Service
• Redundancy
• Relocation by employer

Adding my refund protection
Simply select Booking Protect either online or when booking by phone and you’ll have peace of mind that you can request a full refund if certain unexpected circumstances occur and you have to miss an event. The cost of the refund protection is 7% of your ticket price, which is automatically calculated.
By adding refund protection to your booking you are confirming that you have read and accept the Booking Protect Terms and Conditions.

Applying for a refund
It’s easy! If you need to apply for a refund, go to the Booking Protect website and complete the refund request form in five simple steps. The team at Booking Protect will be in touch with you within two working days. Once the refund has been approved, payment will be received within one working day. You will be able to access your refund portal at any time to see the progress of your application.
