ABOUT BOOKING MY TICKETS
Why am I in a queue online…?
To ensure the website can continue to function under the pressure, when you click through to book your tickets you will enter a queue on the website. Please keep an eye on the queue as when it is your turn, you may need to click a link to take you to the next stage. Keep the browser open and don’t refresh the page to ensure you keep your place in the queue.
To ensure fairness for everyone, those waiting on our website before the show goes on sale, will be assigned a random place in the queue when bookings open at 11am.
Why can’t I select my own seats online?
Due to the high volume of traffic on the website, the interactive seating plan where you can select your own seat might be unavailable during exceptionally busy periods. The options on the booking page will give you the varying price of tickets – please select which price you would like to pay from the options and you will be assigned the best available seating. Make sure to double check your row and seat numbers when you get to the checkout.
To book specific seats during this period, please contact Ticket Sales on 0844 338 5000 (calls from 4.5p per min plus access charge)
Where is the best place to sit…?
Our main auditorium is made up of the Stalls (downstairs) and Circle (upstairs). Both offer a clear view of the stage, with the Stalls being close to the action with a gradual slope and the Circle offering more of a picture view of the stage with a steeper rake above those sitting in front of you. It’s all down to personal preference and how you wish to see the show. You can view our seating plan here.
